Abstrakt:
Práce sumarizuje článek autorky Jessicy L. Beyerové „The Emergence of Freedom of Information Movement: Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Pirate Bay, and Iceland“, který vysvětluje pozadí vzniku radikálních hnutí bojujících za svobodný tok informací. Ve druhé části práce rozvíjí téma v kontextu českého prostředí a zaměřuje se tak na vznik a programové body České pirátské strany. 


Abstract
This study aims to summarize the article called „The Emergence of Freedom of Information Movement: Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Pirate Bay, and Iceland“, from the author Jessica L. Beyer, which tries to explain reasons of the emergence of radical groups fighting for the freedom of information in recent years. Second part of the study focuses on the Czech context of the issues with the main attention paid to the formation of the Czech pirate party and its main political requirements with special attention focused on the items relating to the freedom of internet and flow of information.
